Barrie Apartment - Renovation

Our clients were ready to make this unit much more functional. With lots of help, we were able to transform this dated apartment to a sensational classy and timeless look.
Our clients are passionate crafters and love to entertain. It clear that this project made sure to get the most for them. From updating their hardwood floors to building them a new steam shower for their primary ensuite, we didn't skip a beat. We converted 1 of the 3 bedrooms into their own personal crafting room with built in self healing mats on the island. Revamped all their bathrooms with new tile floors, vanities and showers. Refreshed their laundry room, family room with built in cabinets. To finish it all off a brand new kitchen + counters and opened up their beautiful seating room adding a dry bar for the best entertainment experience.

Collingwood Chalet - Renovation

A beautiful family cottage that was looking for a few eye popping upgrades. Being at the base of Craigleith ski club the clients felt that this cottage was missing some of that Timber Chalet theme. Under tight timelines to be done for the winter season we came in and got right to work replacing their kitchen cabinets and getting their great room ready for what was to come. We put up some beautiful hand crafted white oak 12x12 and 8x8 timbers, white oak tambour wall flanking the fireplace with built in LEDs, all new light fixtures, beautiful trimless square potlights, and, a timeless Walnut kitchen.

A beautiful family cottage looking to become their retirement home. Here we were tasked with a full main floor renovation and updating their basement entertainment room.
Mulmur - Porch Addition
This lovely family decided it was time to take things to the next level at their honey and mead shop. With limited space for people to enjoy their products they decided to put a huge front porch addition on their shop. This will be a great space for people to come gather.
Lake Drive - Georgina, ON
Lake Drive is a custom built home in Georgina provided by Stiles Design Build, they looked to us for our expertise in finish carpentry to put the finishing touches on their most recent custom home build. At this custom home it was no small project, we completed all the decorative beam work in their great room, interior trim and doors throughout the house, all vanities, basement dropped ceiling and the exterior deck stairs and railings.
Big Win Island, Lake of Bays
Over the summer we were able to work on this beautiful New Construction Cottage. The builder, Normerica Building Systems, was looking for a trim carpentry crew to install all the interior trim and doors. This cottage was complete with full height shiplap interior walls instead of drywall as well 8' doors and massive windows to compliment the view.

Mulmur Porch
We partnered up with a local landscape contractor to help with the removal of the front porch and put together this amazing front entry, fully landscaped.

What can I say, the team at D&M Construction were a pleasure to work for on this fantastic home. Was tasked with framing the extension on the deck for their coming covered porch. Together we got things cleaned up quick with helical piles
